Service Description
The introduction meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for working together. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve through coaching. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the coaching process, my approach, and how we can collaborate to help you reach your desired outcomes. This meeting is entirely free and non-binding, designed to provide clarity on what coaching can offer you and how we can move forward together.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Coaching Sessions To ensure clarity and mutual respect, the following terms and conditions apply to the cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions: 1. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice without incurring any fees. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation (see below). 2. Cancellations Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend the session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged. 3. Emergency Exceptions Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of the coach for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. 4. Refunds For prepaid sessions, eligible refunds (due to timely cancellations) will be processed within 7 business days. Alternatively, the payment can be applied to a future session. 5. Late Arrivals If the client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. If the coach is late, the session will either be extended to ensure the full time is provided or rescheduled at no additional cost. 6. Coach-Initiated Changes In rare cases where the coach must reschedule or cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. 7. Agreement to Terms By scheduling a coaching session, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
